Help facility. We will specify your rail fare (and any relevant conditions)
and suggest some hotels in your destination to choose from. Full pre-payment
is required at the time of booking. A compulsory special delivery charge
of £5 applies for rail tickets, and a 2.35% credit card fee applies, but
not to payments by Maestro, MasterCard Debit or Visa Debit (Delta). Please
note we cannot book seats on specific trains for you - this can be done
by visiting your local train station once we have issued your ticket,
or in the case of Virgin Trains by telephone.
