The following restrictions apply for National Express East Coast tickets:
- valid only on National Express East Coast services
- not valid for arrival in London before 11am Monday-Friday
- not valid for departures from Kings Cross scheduled to depart between
15:27 and 19:01 Monday-Friday
- not valid for departures from Edinburgh or Kings Cross on Sundays
scheduled to depart 13:44 or later (restriction applies to standard
class tickets only)
- not valid for single travellers on Monday-Thursday
- we cannot book seats on specific trains for you - this can be done
by visiting your local train station once we have issued your ticket
The following restrictions apply for Virgin Trains tickets:
- valid only on Virgin Trains services to/from London
- not valid for arrival in London before 11.30am Monday-Friday
- not valid for departures before 09:30 or between 14:45 and 19:00 Sunday-Friday
- not valid for single travellers on Monday-Thursday
- we cannot book seats on specific trains for you - this can be done
by calling Virgin Trains once we have issued your ticket

Help facility. We will suggest some hotels in your destination to
choose from. Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking. A compulsory
special delivery charge of £5 applies for rail tickets, and a 2.35%
credit card fee applies, but not to payments by Maestro or Delta.
